Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

"Platform"

The km555 website accessible at https://km555.bio, including all associated pages, sub-domains, mobile-optimized views, and any software or services made available through that domain.

"Account"

The individual registered account created by a User on the Platform, associated with a unique username, password, and personal profile.

"User" / "You" / "Player"

Any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform, whether or not a bet or wager has been placed.

"km555" / "We" / "Us" / "Our"

The operator of the km555 platform, a company licensed and incorporated internationally, operating the Platform under applicable gaming regulations.

"Balance"

The real-money funds held in a User's Account denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or their cryptocurrency equivalent at the time of deposit, used for placing bets and receiving winnings.

"Bonus Funds"

Any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit amounts granted to a User by km555 under a specific promotion, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.

"Wagering Requirement"

The minimum total bet volume that must be completed using Bonus Funds before those funds, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal as real money.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process through which km555 collects and validates documentation to confirm a User's identity, age, and residency.

"IDR"

Indonesian Rupiah — the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, used as the primary fiat currency denomination on the Platform.

"Cryptocurrency"

Decentralized digital assets including USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH), accepted on the Platform as alternative deposit and withdrawal methods.

Access to and use of the km555 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. km555 operates a strict adults-only policy. Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship, or otherwise lacking capacity under applicable Indonesian law, are prohibited from registering.
4. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts.
5. Not a km555 Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of km555 or any of its affiliated companies or gaming providers are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in any promotions.
6. Not Self-Excluded: Individuals who have voluntarily activated a self-exclusion period under km555's Responsible Gaming program, or who have been excluded by km555 for any reason, are prohibited from registering a new Account or accessing the Platform during the exclusion period.

To place bets, participate in casino games, or make deposits and withdrawals on km555, you must complete the registration process accurately and in good faith. The following conditions apply:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. km555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify km555 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access.
3. One Account Per Person: Only one Account per individual is permitted. Duplicate Accounts will be merged or closed, and any Bonus Funds within them forfeited.
4. Contact Information Updates: You must promptly update your Account details if any registered information changes. km555 relies on the contact information in your Account for security notifications, withdrawal confirmations, and KYC correspondence.
5. Account Non-Transferability: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or pledge your Account or any credits within it to any third party.

km555 supports a broad range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to Indonesian players. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. Deposits may be made via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per method are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Currency. The Platform operates primarily in IDR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to an IDR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmed deposit. km555 does not charge a platform fee on USDT deposits; network gas fees remain the responsibility of the depositor.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account name used for the most recent deposit, unless KYC verification supports an alternative arrangement approved by km555 at its discretion. You must complete at least one full deposit-and-wager cycle before requesting a withdrawal.

4.4 Processing Times. km555 targets the following withdrawal processing times: bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) within 3 minutes; OVO and DANA e-wallet payouts within 2 minutes; USDT within 30 minutes subject to network congestion. These are targets, not guarantees. Processing times may be extended during scheduled maintenance, peak traffic periods, or where additional verification is required.

4.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per 24-hour period are displayed on the withdrawal page. km555 reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawals that exceed defined thresholds, which may extend processing time.

4.6 Transaction Responsibility. You are solely responsible for providing accurate bank account numbers, e-wallet IDs, or cryptocurrency wallet addresses when initiating withdrawals. km555 accepts no liability for funds sent to incorrect destinations due to User error.

km555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each individual promotion. km555 may exclude Players from specific promotions at its discretion based on account history, geographic location, or wagering patterns.
2. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each promotion are stated in that promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount.
3. Game Restrictions: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 25%, and certain games may contribute 0%. The contribution table for each promotion is displayed on the promotion details page.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Accepting a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements on an existing bonus will cause the existing bonus balance to be forfeited.
5. No-Abuse Policy: km555 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to close Accounts, where it determines that bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation of promotional terms has occurred. This includes, but is not limited to, placing hedged bets across multiple accounts or with other operators to guarantee a risk-free outcome.
6. Modification and Withdrawal: km555 reserves the right to alter the terms of any promotion, or to withdraw any promotion entirely, at any time without prior individual notice to Players. Changes will be published on the promotions page.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the km555 Platform:

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by km555. km555 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular wagering patterns, technical errors, or odds pricing errors.

6.2 Insufficient Funds. A bet will not be placed if your Account Balance is insufficient to cover the stake at the time the bet is submitted. Partial execution of bet slips due to insufficient funds is not supported.

6.3 Odds and Pricing Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at clearly erroneous odds due to a pricing error, km555 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. km555 will not honor manifestly incorrect odds that arise from technical faults, data-feed errors, or human error in odds compilation.

6.4 Sportsbook — Specific Rules. Match result bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1 matches, FIFA for World Cup fixtures). Live in-play bets are settled based on the match state at the time the bet was confirmed by the system; bets placed during a connectivity interruption on the User's side that are not confirmed will be voided. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to be confirmed for the slip to be active.

6.5 Togel Rules. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from officially published pool results. In the event of a draw cancellation or postponement by the relevant pool operator, km555 will void affected togel bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts within 24 hours WIB.

6.6 Live Casino Rules. Live casino game results are final once the round is closed by the dealer or system. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the session in which the disputed round occurred by contacting km555 support with the relevant round ID.

6.7 Esports Betting Rules. Esports bets are settled based on official match results published by the tournament organizer (e.g., Moonton for Mobile Legends MPL Indonesia, Garena for Free Fire Championships). Matches abandoned, forfeited, or not completed within the specified time frame will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific event rules.

6.8 Keno Rules. Keno draws are conducted by km555's certified RNG system. Draw results are published immediately after each round. RNG certification documentation is available to Players on request through km555 support.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the km555 Platform. A breach of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account restriction.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit promotional mechanics.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or leaderboard competitions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or using the Platform to obscure the origin of funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or data-feed delays to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Providing false identity documentation during KYC verification or any other compliance process.
• Using payment methods in names other than your own registered Account name.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing km555 customer support staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the km555 Platform, its APIs, or its underlying software infrastructure.

km555 is required to conduct identity and age verification under its international licensing obligations and anti-money-laundering compliance framework. The following terms govern the KYC process:

8.1 When KYC Is Required. km555 may request KYC documentation at any point, including at registration, upon reaching defined deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or where there is reasonable suspicion of identity misrepresentation or fraudulent activity.

8.2 Accepted Documents. KYC verification requires a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or SIM) and, where requested, a recent proof-of-address document (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days) showing your registered address in Indonesia.

8.3 Account Restrictions Pending KYC. km555 may restrict deposit, withdrawal, or betting functionality on an Account that has not completed KYC verification. Restrictions will be lifted promptly upon successful document review, which km555 targets to complete within 24 hours WIB of receiving complete documentation.

8.4 KYC Failure. If KYC verification cannot be completed — because documents are not provided within a reasonable period, or because documents submitted are found to be fraudulent, expired, or inconsistent with Account registration data — km555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the Account and to withhold funds pending investigation.

km555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

km555 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed gaming regulators, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and KYC verification partners as required by law or operational necessity. All data-sharing arrangements are governed by appropriate data-processing agreements that bind third parties to confidentiality and data-minimization obligations.

You have the right to request access to the personal data km555 holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to km555's legal retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, km555's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

km555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if km555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

km555 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious code. km555 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime, particularly during scheduled maintenance, DDoS events, or third-party infrastructure failures outside km555's control.

km555 accepts no liability for losses arising from decisions you make based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, match previews, or game RTP figures. All betting and gaming decisions are made at your sole risk.

11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting km555 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions being satisfied. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

11.2 km555-Initiated Closure. km555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a material breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) km555 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or collusion; (c) regulatory obligations require account closure; or (d) a User is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Real-money Balances will be returned following completion of any outstanding compliance or fraud investigation. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon closure initiated by km555 for breach of Terms. km555 will retain Account data for the period required by applicable anti-money-laundering regulations, which may be up to five years from the date of closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which km555 is licensed and incorporated internationally. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

km555 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate for access in any particular jurisdiction outside of those where km555 is duly licensed. Access to the Platform from territories where online gambling is prohibited is at the User's own risk, and km555 disclaims all liability for any consequences arising therefrom.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit km555's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms where monetary damages would be an inadequate remedy.

km555 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory directive, in which case changes take effect immediately upon publication.

The current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page at https://km555.bio/terms-conditions, with the effective date and last-updated date displayed at the top of the document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
